Maluhia at Wailea is a private beachfront community, and the only oceanfront community in Wailea with detached single-family residences.  The Maluhia community consist of 14 individual residences structured as detached condominium homes.

Every homeowner enjoys deeded, unobstructed views of blue water, neighboring islands, and distant mountain peaks.  While each distinctive home will be truly custom with its own unique features, floor plans and details, each residence will share a similarity of palette.
